May 22nd

Today was my last day at Oxford. Mike kept me pretty busy helping with employee appraisals and going over next years budget with me. This was very helpful but I was extremely sleepy and having a hard time concentrating on it.

After work I went with the UC Davis dietitian, Linda Adams to a cooking class they offer to freshman so that they can cook for themselves next year. Most of the stuff they made was pretty basic and easy but delicious. And of course I loved it because it was all pasta.
